I would not hire this company again. The finishing is very poor quality and not very good to look at. I had an issue and they came back to sort it out but overall not the best to be honest. Team were very polite and friendly. Used some of my materials without asking which is not acceptable. Prices were similar to other trades people. Overall the job was not the level I was expecting. Even after the issues not even an offer in reduction of final bill. Still waiting for my so called written warrant of 5 years. I do not recommend this company due to the rushed and poor finish of the works.

Ilir and his team did a really good job. My garden has a steep slope. They first cleared the garden (old shed and greenhouse + some rubble ) then built four levels with retaining walls (between levels and to the sides) and a tiled path. They turfed two levels and built planting areas with wood chips in-between, in the other two. They installed fences with gates to make it safe for children, built a platform for a new shed and assmbeled it among other thing. Everything they built was sturdy and well done and I'm very happy with the results. Their price was very reasonable and I must say they went over and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the outcome. I strongly recommend them.

Hero Builders were professional, friendly, and did the job perfectly to a high standard. I would certainly recommend them, and would hire them again for future work. They levelled my garden, created planter boxes, laid pavers and stones. The result was great.

Bujar and team are really hard working and honest. When things go wrong, they will come and fix it. Not many people out there like them. Definitely recommend

After a month been being frustrated. Angry, in tears and felt hopeless because of cowboys landscapers left the jobs in my back garden. Hero builders come to rescue me. They completed the task in 2 days with very high standards. Iril and his dedicated team worked with full gears utilising all materials that I had from previous builders. They work like a magic and extremely fast. Their professionalism nothing to compare, Not to mention their competitive prices without compromising with quality and high standards of work they done in my back garden just unbelievable. I can’t say thank you enough to them. They are truly Hero in my case.I will never hesitate and personally recommend them if anyone need something to be done regarding building work. It’s was stress free and easy to communicate with and they are the right choices to complete your task. Thank you Hero builders. Iler did a fab job on our back garden. Pricing to timing were spot on. Very prompt and quite creative. My wife and Myself were quite satisfied

Very happy with the new garden and at a very competitive price. The team removed our old tree stump, installed a new paved garden and erected some timber cladding onto an pre-existing (ugly) back wall. The results are great!
