Very disappointing !!..You provided a quote and I subsequently confirmed.. .. You then confirmed your start date to cut my rear hedge and general clearance to my rear garden ….you arrived at the house and then left and I haven’t heard since , despite repeatedly requesting an update and feedback as to why you hadn’t started the work !!! Radio silence … very poor !..Please explain your response as at no time was I rude or sarcastic and again very poor that you cannot answer or take my calls to discuss what appears an excuse for not carrying out this agreed work !!..Answer from tradesperson:
Graham maybe you should consider the way you talk to people when wanting work done. As I was arriving at your property I asked a simple question only to be given a sarcastic answer followed by a laugh down the phone. Best of luck with the Job👍🏽

When work was completed, it was to a good standard. Communication with me about lead times was lacking. However, would still recommend.Review from Phil, Lochwinnoch Phil, Lochwinnoch
