Had a bathroom refit done, good work and they even came in on the weekend to get it done when it looked like it might overrun.

From start to finish, KV Innovations have been amazing. We had no idea where to start with our kitchen, but Andrew helped us right from the start, from organising the layout to making suggestions on kitchen suppliers. David and the other guys who came in to do the work were efficient and completed our kitchen with utmost professionalism. Everyone was friendly and very respectful whilst in our home. We are delighted with the transformation of our kitchen, and will definitely be using KV Innovations again when we come to do our bathroom and any other works we want done in the future.

Our experience with KV Innovation was exceptional and are easily the best builders that we have encountered. We had a total bathroom renovation, taking the room back to bare walls and joists, and then complete installation of the new bathroom: shower, bath, toilet, sink, cabinets, radiators, fan, lighting, flooring, painting, etc. As the bathroom was so old, there were some surprises along the way-for example: we discovered our water tank would need to be replaced as it contained asbestos. This issue was swiftly sorted as a new tank was sourced and fitted promptly. Another issue was discovering our window frame had internally rotted and ideally needed to be replaced. We were on a tight schedule as we were going on holiday but this was not a problem, KV contacted window fitters who could quickly produce a non-standard window and, like all other big and small surprises along the way, this was seamlessly accommodated. The workmanship from KV is a very high standard both from their own people and subcontractors. The communication was consistently excellent from beginning to the end. They consulted us on all decisions not clearly defined in our specification. The employees were ALL considerate of our privacy, generous with their time, trustworthy, punctual, conscientious, and IMMACULATE with how they left the site every day. KV were perfect and we wholeheartedly recommend them!

Andrew and his crew were extremely helpful and polite. They worked consistently on the job until completion and to time, communicating well to ensure that my expectations were met. The work has been immaculately carried out, and they left behind a clean and tidy flat. I could not recommend them more highly.

From the outset Andrew was full of ideas about our "Bathroom project." After our first meeting I was impressed by his attitude and attention to detail. Despite lack of space, and at times adverse weather conditions both Andrew and David carried on regardless to complete the job on time. My partner and I are both delighted with the bathroom, the finish is of the highest standard and what could have been a stressful few days was made easy by KV Innovations. At the end of every day the place was left as clean and tidy as possible, all in all they did a very professional job.

We had an amazingly easy experience working with Andrew and his team at KV Innovations on our complete family bathroom refit and would highly recommend them to anyone doing the same. There were a lot of parts involved in our brief, including electrical work, plumbing, tiling and decorating. Once we had discussed the requirements, Andrew sent us a detailed quote of the work to be done, the order it would be done in and (based on our meeting) what things we would be responsible for providing and what he would provide. We chose to provide all goods such as sanitary ware, tiles, taps etc and Andrew was very helpful in answering our questions promptly via email or by messenger when needed beforehand and during the works. Having everything in writing beforehand was a real benefit and the job ran almost like clockwork according to the schedule he laid out. He and his team were prompt, punctual, clean and polite. The work was finished to a high standard and we could not be more pleased. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are very much enjoying our new bathroom and look forward to working with them again, should the opportunity present itself.

Every aspect of the refurbishment has been finished to a very high standard. Our bathroom was in much need of a makeover and WOW! what a transformation and we can thoroughly recommend Andrew and his team. The ground floor toilet below the bathroom had some water damage to the ceiling which needed repairing and now it is like new again. Our bathroom would have struggled to earn 1 Star it is now a 5 Star bathroom. Excellent advice and communication from Andrew made it a pleasure to have KV Innovations in my home. Thank You!

Andrew and his team undertook the complete refit of our bathroom. We were particularly impressed, at the outset, by the meticulous way the quotation and scheduling was set out. The tiling was exemplary, and Andrew's design know-how was really pleasing, which is helpful to anyone needing advice on a bathroom's lay out. The most rewarding aspect of their workmanship is the teams skills set! They've combined all the plumbing, electrical fitting and joinery, to the same exacting standard as the tiling.

We hired Andrew to completely refurbish our bathroom. We'd moved into a new place and the bathroom was old and in a poor state of repair. Andrew came over for an initial consultation and advised us of the various options, pointed out that we'd need a little restructuring work and provided a quote in a timely way, despite the fact he was extremely busy. The work itself was thorough and meticulous throughout. The bathroom was taken back to bare walls and floorboards, new piping installed and the whole thing re-plastered. Tiling was completed to a very high standard and the sanitary-ware installed beautifully. The result is a beautiful bathroom that has been completed to the highest standards and should last us for years to come. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Andrew to anyone.
