I hired Kevin to build Block shed in my back garden, it was a nightmare he has completely ruined the shed, damaged part of the garden. Frequently told him to change the flat roof structure and make the roof overhang from the main structure so the rain water will not damage the building directly from the roof, but he was not willing to do so. He was also using profane language. He subcontracted block laying without my concern which was falling parts, mixing was completely unfit for purpose. He was constantly giving me threat saying he will bring the structure down. He has not even provided me doors and timber for the money I have paid and also not the receipt of the material purchase. His workmanship was completely appalling, work was not fit for purpose. I hired the surveyor to check his work and the report says his work is completely not fit for purpose and material he has used is also not up to the standard. I told him several times I have children in house and work needs to be fit for purpose and safe, but he still did not manage to put the things right, instate he was getting annoyed and approaching in unacceptable manager. Due to his behaviour I had dismissed him from the job. I will never recommend his service to anyone.

Kevin redesigned my elderly mothers garden , he was extremely helpful and did a first class job . He was always on time and when he said he was going to do something it was done . I would not think twice about using Kevin again.

Kevin lives locally to me and introduced himself when he saw that work had started on an extension project on my house. I had already spoken to several bricklayers but wasn't convinced by any of them, Kevin came across well and quoted me a fair rate so I decided to give him the job. I was very impressed with the quality of Kevin's work from the outset - he clearly takes pride in his work, he's very neat, focussed and methodical. He turned up early every day and worked solidly with only very short lunch breaks. Importantly, he was not distracted by his mobile phone which is more than I can say for most of the other trades people I used. Kevin is hardworking, reliable, trustworthy and very personable, I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs a good quality bricklayer.

Kevin built me a low ( 4 Bricks high ) garden wall which twisted and turned following the curves of my flower border - approx 17 Mtrs long. The standard of work was excellent and the finished result was superb. It has been favorably commented on by neighbors and friends that have seen it. Kevin's time keeping was excellent - he came when he said he would and the cost did not exceed the estimate. He was tidy in his work and cleared away all rubble and unused materials upon completion. His manner and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Kevin to anyone requiring a good, honest, and methodical Bricklayer.
