Two lads from this service came for a survey on a friday and told me they would do it for 115 pounds. they said they could do it on the day, which was very helpful. However, after they cut down most of the lawn, they tell me that there are weeds that they had not noticed when doing the survey and that they can't cut them without applying weed killer. they said it's an extra job and we negotiate they will only charge me an extra 25 pounds and come to finish the job on the monday (3 days later). they however demanded full payment for the lawn, which I stupidly agreed to pay. they did not show up on the monday, I had to chase them for weeks and eventually one of them claims he came to apply the weedkiller - on a week when I wasn't there, but my lodger sends me picture and the weeds have not been cut. I call and text a few times over the last two months to get the guy to come finish the work but I get zero reply and no attempt to call back. my garden looks horrible. feels like a scam

Terrible fence terrible work terrible finish. I chose this company because he was confident in his skills. He didn’t do any work. He had 2 apprentices who looked like they had no idea what was going on. He said the price he quoted was cheap. But the work involved didn’t warrant that price but I agreed anyways. Didn’t flatten the ground for the stones. All throughout he tried to convince me I was wrong but any normal person with eyes can tell how badly they were doing the works. I gave them many chances and was being fair up to the point of payment. He was adamant his finish was great. Absolutely shocking. A blind man can nail better than these guys. He was offended when I called him up on all of the mistakes and felt jilted that I paid him £250 less. He didn’t deserve half the money but I tried to be fair. He said 10 year guarantee on fence. Hasn’t even been 4 days and it’s coming apart. Don’t make the same mistake I did. If I could give 0 I would. Do not use this company

Gentlemen came the same day I called them. I have quite a serious situation in my front yard and they took care of it in a really decent manner. Not only they got rid of the massive weed jungle in front of my house. They also took care of the green waste. They were polite, reliable and very fast. I will definitely ask for their help again

Initially courteous & hardworking lads. Did 2 garden tidy ups, (one badly overgrown). Excellent communication & was happy to give a good review. However I understood that the initial quote for the job should have included cutting the hedges. I pointed this out & they agreed to come back the following week to do this. Over a month later this is still outstanding despite them agreeing to complete the job. Hence review of original rating
