Phil is the most conscientious builder I have ever known. The pride he takes in the quality of workmanship, the fairness he applies to his conduct costs and care is second to none. He is reknowned as the best builder in the district. He employs only the best and most reliable workers and has the support of a family who work in the business and who share his ethos.
