Joe Kerr and Steven Taggart gave a 3 month time frame for job completion as per the contract. It has been over 7 months now since the work commenced and the job has not yet been completed. They are not contactable over the phone, text or email. It has been around 2 months now since they last showed up for work. Since they received the last payment, they have disappeared. Apart from other jobs which they are yet to start, they have left the stairs without any handrails, no fire door between the kitchen and hall. There are holes in the external main wall through which the old sewage pipes passed which have been left open. Wooden floor boards ripped open for work at bottom of stairs but not placed back. I have two small kids in the house and we are constantly worried about their movements. These guys are sweet talkers. We paid them on time, every time. We still do not know what we did to deserve this. We had been very patient right through even when they over shot the completion time by miles as we were more keen on them finishing the work even if it did take a while extra. They have a fancy website (kerrandtaggart.co.uk) and a glowing facebook page where they seem to be doing good work. But I suppose it is all 'eye wash' to attract gullable customers like us. They are not man enough or decent enough to answer my calls or emails. These are my life savings I have put into this loft conversion. It is all hard earned money for which they have scant regard. Shame on you both.

This company were amazing. They walked in to do a few jobs for me but on arrival found the property had been broken into and the water left running. They immediately secured the property, sorted out the water damage and did a first class refurb job.

Very hard working and attentive team. Good workmanship. Very pleased with the job. Steven was very helpful and came out with his other partner to inspect the work. I would certainly recommend the company and would use them again. Laurence Gerber.

Excellent service from start to finish.

They have totally transformed my hallway. Removed old banister and installed new spindles and supports for them. Changed three room doors upstairs for PVC coated which will never need painted. The workers cleaned up after them as they were doing the jobs and kept dust to a minimum. Steven also came round to make sure that I was happy with the work before payment was made.
