Zak and his cousin began working on our project on the 10th of March and delivered everything on time. From start to finish, they were consistent, meticulous, and completely committed to bringing my vision to life. They worked collaboratively with me throughout the process, always open to ideas and focused on achieving the best outcome. Together, they handled everything — brickwork, building, tiling, rendering, plumbing, and electrical — with a high level of skill and professionalism. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and I’ve already recommended them to others. We are truly grateful for all the hard work they put in and couldn’t be more pleased with the final result.

I employed KBL builders to put in a new bathroom and to paint three bedrooms. I have been very pleased with the work and visitors to the house have commented on the quality of the finish achieved. The builders kept well to the agreed timetable, they kept to the agreed budget and were polite and careful in the house. I would heartily recommend them.

KBL recently completed a side infill extension for us that involved a lot of complex hurdles (e.g., requiring special foundations because of a Thames Water waste pipe and steel beams). In hindsight, we were very lucky to have hired them because they made the whole experience stress-free by explaining everything to us and handling our neighbours, contractors, structural engineer and building control for us. The amount of digging in confined spaces and hard, physical labour they put into this job is amazing. The extension looks great, is solid, warm and watertight. The wetroom they built inside it hasn't had any problems - plumbing is working great. Their plastering quality is excellent. We had to live in the property during the 4 months of construction but we felt relaxed and 100% trusted KBL to respect and care for the house. They have a lot of experience, know the building regulations, use quality materials and methods, they answered all of our questions with patience and always responded to my phone calls + texts quickly. They're so good that we'll give them an additional job to do which we originally planned for in spring 2024. Everyone we know wants KBL's contact details and we definitely want to ask them back for future work.

Tried to do a cowboy job on me, when I asked for picture evidence for building control was obvious was a rushed job and goes to show he never did the job in the first place. Cow boy style

I was really happy with the work that KBL did. Zakir and his brother were very reliable, trustworthy and respectful. We got them to rebuild a ceiling which had been damaged due to a leak and they also restored our old floorboards. They did a fantastic and tasteful job. They also have expertise in plumbing which was really handy. They cleared up all the rubbish and left us peacefully with a beautiful new room. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again
