He arrived on the time allocated, did excellent work,explained exactly what he was doing in quick time and cleaned up.

Jim was very professional, his knowledge was great and gave confidence he knew exactly what he was doing. Arrived on time, communication was excellent. Fault was fixed and got my EV charger back up and working. Would highly recommend.
