Issue resolved promptly and to a high standard. Johnnie was transparent and clear from the start with regards to pricing and the work required. The price was fair and I would highly recommend him to other people.

JR did a great job, very professional, did exactly what was required for a very good price, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants roofing work done.....

From first meeting Johnie of JR home improvements I was almost convinced that he was the man for the job. He listened to me instead of talking at me unlike some of the others who came to give me a quote did. He did not try to change my mind about what I wanted to have done. Sadly, some of the others as soon as they see an older lady tend to try to tell me that I should have something else instead of what I had already decided on. This is the worst thing that they could do, because I once I have decided what I want doing on a job, I research it to make sure that it can be done. Johnie was very easy to talk to, he sent me a written quote, which listed every part of the job and guaranteed that the work would be done as stated. I employed him, he kept me in the picture as to when and at what time he would arrive to do the work. When he came he worked non-stop and wouldn't even stop for a brew. He completed most of the job in one day and as I had added another small job,he came back the next half day and finished it all. The roof is exactly as I wanted it. He did an excellent job and he made sure that everything was left clean and tidy after he had finished. I can't rate him too highly, but I will. If you want a job doing to your satisfaction, professionally and perfectly. He is the man for the job. I will certainly be hiring him again in the near future (that's if he has any time left after my review) and this time I will definitely be making him a brew.
