Done a brilliant job always asking to check to see if it met our requirements left the garden clean and tidy

A very professional job carried out. No mess left behind. Job was done the same day when I contacted the company.

A job well done in horrendous weather. All debris from replacing the roof was taken away and the site left clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Scope of originally proposed work changed / reduced due to adjoining house owner not wishing to share costs at the current time Chimney flaunching (the immediate issue) was therefore repaired with ladders rather than scaffolding. Prompt responses/ updates received from JP on revised quote and as to when works would commence (due to inclement weather). A set of 4 photos (taken from the rooftop) showing finished works was issued immediately on completion of job. JP may have been more expensive than other firms who originally quoted but they clearly demonstrated a professional service throughout and therefore we would be happy to ask JP to quote should any building works be required in the future.

James responded very promptly to my initial request. I found him very personable and was reassured that I was dealing with a reputable company. He was able to visit the property within a short space of time and supplied a very reasonable quote which I accepted. The work was completed to my satisfaction and I would recommend this company without hesitation. I have some interior work that needs to be done on the property and am already planning to engage JPL to undertake the project.
