Again, excellent work from Phil. Understood our issues and came up with different solutions at different costs and impacts. Recognised a few challenges in the job in advance and dealt with them. Very tidy, inexpensive, excellent quality, and great bloke. I will most definitely hire Phil again

Phil was on time and did a great job. Also v competitive rates and professional. It turned out the floor was not as easy to fix as we both first thought, thanks to some dodgy joists and suspect flooring/joinery that had been carried out before we bought the house. Due to this it required Phil to come back twice which he did immediately and sorted out the multiple problems we had going on! Phil used his contacts to get us someone to do the floor at a good price and plumb the toilet back in for cheap... oh yeh the toilet was a ticking time bomb as well so it's a good job he spotted that too. Top job Phil. Thanks a lot.

Professional, fast moving, clean and tidy. Loved the fact that he helped us with brilliant ideas that worked really well with what we had to do. Definitely we will contact him again if needed.
