Very friendly, very knowledgeable, came out the next day as we really needed hot water in this cold weather and very competitive pricing. Works finished and tidy. Would highly recommend and we will be using him again.

Bob was fantastic and so, so helpful! He was very professional at all times, always on time, reliable, gave us very helpful advice and clearly has great experience and knowledge. When things didn't quite go to plan (due to old finishings in our house) he ensured he made the corrections necessary to get our shower back up and running. I can't thank Bob enough for helping with this job, and I will absolutely be using him as our go-to in the future. 100% recommend!
