COMPLETE REFURBISHMENT OF BATHROOM Having read the good reviews from other customers i got in touch with JMB for a quote, i was not disappointed. Talked through what i wanted with Lee and he was very helpful and made some good suggestions how to improve the layout, witch i was more than happy with. Lee and his team carried out an excellent job and were thorough,clean and tidy throughout. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY HAVE DONE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. A big thank you to John

Lee have finished the first job for us. That was to take out a old fireplace and to make the hole bigger to fit a fish tank on a cabinet and we were very pleased with the outcome. So we had JMB maintenance to relay the kitchen floor with tiles and the result was excellent. So it wasn’t a hard decision to ask Lee to refit our bathroom from top to bottom Starting on Monday 4th May We are looking forward for the result WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for any type of work

Found these local guys on my builder to install a new shower room and kitchen. Lee and Josh along with their employees have completed a first class job in both rooms came up with very good suggestions to improve the outlook of the rooms attention to detail is brilliant. Would I employ them again? too right I would. I'm going to get them back to install a garden fence in the spring, so Lee / Josh expect a call I wouldn't ask anyone else from now on

We got Lee and Josh in to quote for a full bathroom renovation. I was immediately impressed when they assesed the work we wanted to do. Instead of letting my wife go wild with the layout, they suggested ways to achieve similar results for considerably less cost to us as well as less profit for themselves. We immediately had a good feeling about hiring them. Once the work began we found them to be everything you’d want with regards to communication, keeping us informed about the work as it progressed. Our family has just moved to the area and they helped us with everything we could possibly need, their local knowledge in helping us find good tradesman for other work we need to do has been first class. The most important aspect of this review is the quality of the work, and I can confirm the service we received was from the very top drawer, Lees eye for detail and standard of finish was impeccable, and even when we discovered our old Victorian walls were falling apart, they fixed them at cost, when I know for a fact other builders would have rinsed us for more money. All in all we are delighted with our new bathroom. I know Lee and Josh broke their backs to stay in budget, and if they can deliver a bathroom my wife wanted then they are more than worthy of a 5 star review. A great family business that I highly recommend.

We could not recommend JMB enough. They carry out superb work, and are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. We engaged them to completely refurbish our bathroom. This included ripping out the existing suite, ceiling, floor, and wall panels. The work was scheduled to take two weeks, but went over as our house is old, and such extensive work raised issues that had to be resolved before the refit. It was at this point that the skill, attention to detail, and customer service of JMB really made itself known. Every issue was explained, as was the additional time it would take. However, we incurred no additional costs for these works, or the time they added to the job. The company’s boss, Lee Froud, was on site for the entire refit, and inspected all work daily. He is an absolute perfectionist and would have things redone if he was not happy with the quality of the finish. This was incredibly reassuring, and we knew we were in safe hands. All the guys were friendly, professional, and polite, and worked extremely hard to ensure the job was completed to the highest standard. Mess was cleared daily, the stairs were hoovered to minimise the disruption for us, and all rubbish removed. In short, we were, and are, extremely happy with the work and the service we had from JMB. If you are looking for a builder to carry out works, this is the company that you need. In fact, we will be asking them to quote on additional works elsewhere in our home this year.

After meeting a couple of tradesmen, I decided to ask Lee to carry out my bathroom refurbishment. I had a quote arrive promptly from Josh and was happy with what we had agreed. There was a lot of communication between us when the job started to ensure I was happy, and this was ongoing as a few minor issues that we were not aware of, came to light. Lee was also able to bring in other tradesmen to work on the electrics,plastering, window fitter etc where needed. This has led me to giving more work out as I am completely refurbishing my flat. The only downside was the project did take a little longer than expected, but overall I am more than happy with the final result and will definitely be going back to Lee when I start my next project. What a lovely father and son team! JMB carries it lots of odd jobs and my elderly nans house! They were really kind and friendly and my Nan and Aunty liked having them around. Would highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

Lee contacted me following my advertisement on mybuilder. From the start he was very professional and approachable as I wanted him to move out my washing machine to another part of my kitchen and disconnect my dishwasher. He was very accommodating to when I was available and kept in contact about the appointment. Lee is obviously a very professional individual, he was quick with the job and his competence made me feel reassured that I picked the right tradesperson to do my job. So much so that when my daughters washing machine broke, I did not hesitate to contact Lee, who came out straight away to fix it. I cannot fault Lee in any way. If you need something doing, whether planned or unplanned: Lee is your man. Thank you so much Lee!

Lee & Josh did a great job repairing rot damage to our porch and giving it revamp with a new paint job. Also did a great job on the front door and to the double garage doors and framework. Very efficient, were able to do the work straight away. Work done to a high standard. Highly recommended.
