Having accepted the contract to supply and fit an oil boiler, Mr J Griffiths worked efficiently and demonstrated a high level of skill and knowledge. He liaised with the supplier to ascertain the correct boiler and made sure the current regulations were adhered to. His colleague was also knowledgeable and skilful also. James is a top bloke and a very capable plumber. He identified our siphon issue and went over and beyond what a customer could reasonably expect in sourcing and fitting the replacement part, neither of which were straightforward. Extremely polite and punctual I would have no hesitation in using James' expertise for any plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommended.

James was amazing, identified the issue quickly and resolved in no time at all. Left no mess and waited to check the leek was fixed before leaving.
