He has been a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He and his colleague worked really hard to get the job done in one day and the results were lovely. It's only a small space, but it's been totally refreshed by their efficient & neat work. Mum is very happy and I've already asked Matt to come back to do another small job. Even when I asked Matt to do a bit of extra work, nothing was a problem. Matt and his team turned up when they said they would. Communication was brilliant. He left my garden spotless. Review left on 5 Mar 2025Rating: 5 out of 5Run of 6 lap fence panels.Matt did a fantastic job. It wasn't easy, it was complicated and loads of obstacles. The fence looks brilliant and I'm more tha happy. Clearly a very experienced fencer, professional, reliable and reasonably priced. Also communicates really well. After accepting the quote he was able to come and do the job within the week. He came when he said he would and completed the job. I'm very happy with what he did, he's a hard worker and very friendly. Review left on 30 Oct 2022Rating: 1 out of 5Landscaping garden path and patios(Updated on 25 Nov 2022)Although pleasant and helpful during the job, the end result was not completely satisfactory and Matt could not be persuaded to address my problem after several attempts on my part to get him to come to discuss remedial action.Answer from tradesperson:
Hi Peter. Thank you, when the job was completed you were very happy and paid for the work done and left me a glowing review . Some weeks later after unusual heavy rain something went wrong and you choose to blame me for that which is very unfair consider the job was completed in spec with your building consultant ,son in law! which I had to agree to if I wanted the job . I have emailed both you and son in law on this matter , your son in law and his building consultant company denies any knowledge of meeting me or infact supplying any specifications for the works at your property although I have emails from yourself that discus me meeting him and a list of specifications supplied by his company and his name. Since forwarding our email communication onto him to jog his memory he seems to have gone silent..funny that . How am I supposed to rectify the issue when your family member chooses to deny any accountability. This is unfair 😪 Matt@topnoth
