Good survey, recommended options others wouldn’t. Job completed on time and great admin office mgr kept me up to date. Job completed to good spec with some snagging but no major issues (on cleaning a door post the builder leaving there was a scratch in the glass from either manufacturing or during installation that the builder missed / didn’t point out. Decided it was a small enough issue to not complain given great work elsewhere).

Overall well pleased with doors and with the standard of work. There was very little disruption and the site was left in a clean and tidy state.

Good communication , fitted doors . Came back when noticed a problem .

Great service and quality of work. Jack was very pleasant, professional and courteous. He worked to a very high standard, he was efficient and thorough and had attention to detail. He went above and beyond, I'm very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend JLR Joinery and I would use them again.

Jack came today to plane and refit my doors. Gave me a time for coming, was there bang on time and cracked straight on with the job. While he was there I got my next job quoted

Thanks Jack for an outstanding job done at short notice when someone else let me down at the last minute. The new internal doors and handles look outstanding. Jack worked really hard and did a great job of clearing up afterwards too. Thanks also to Suzanne in the office for the great service, clear invoicing and for taking the time to check everything would go smoothly. I would have no hesitation recommending JLR to anyone.
