Excellent service from Jamie and his team. Very impressed with the work that they have done for us. The work was completed quickly and to a fantastic standard. All the mess was removed, and cleaned up once the job was finished. We would highly recommend Dry Tech Roofing to anyone. And would use them again for any future work needed.

Jamie came across to see the job, quote and then managed to start inside a week. His team completed a re-facing of the bay window and all soffits, fascias and gutters within 2 days, with a 10 year guarantee - and now has another job further down the road. We are likely to call him again when we need some further works undertaking.

Jamie informed me of the work that needed to be done, and didn't over exaggerate the job. His quote was very reasonable, he turned up as promised, and was friendly, informative, and professional. He provided advice, but without pressure. I would certainly recommend Drytech, and would have no hesitation in using their services in the future.

Work was done by Jamie's Dad, I only spoke to Jamie on the phone. Both were friendly and helpful. Responded quickly and carried out the work at the same time as the quote. I was shown photos of the problem, and also another problem with the ridge tiles which he fixed at the same time. I anticipated the job was going to take much longer given the price quoted, good that he finished quickly but I feel in hindsight it was rather pricey. Guarantee is, however, reassuring. No evidence of further leaks yet but rain not heavy enough to test.

Jamie turned up at the time he said he would, having assessed the job, he made his recommendations on what would be the best action to take. I've had a few roofers come over the years to do the same job as the our roof is exposed so gets hit by the wind and rain quite alot. But Jamie was different in that unlike other builders who just do the job that has been requested, he provided his professional recommendations on the best way to prevent further weather damage going forward. The work was carried out efficiently and cleaned up after himself.

First class job. Jamie kept me informed through out the entire job, ie work process, Materials, Time scale. He is cheerful, courteous, and polite. He arrived when he said he would and finished when he said he would. I would Recommend him to anyone.BJ.

Very posative outcome from these guys that worked on my roof. Had no problems with the job or quote as it was 50% cheaper than everyone else was offering. Quick and effective no messing about when job was offered to them. They finished withing a few hours which I thought would take them all day but they seemed to know what they were doing as they do have over 30 years experience. I would defernatly recommend to others to use JC PLastics. Had a great time working with these guys. Also had a guaranteed call back if anything goes wrong so that is insuring. (touch wood it doenst). A+++++++++++++
