Not NICEiC compliant. Caveat emptor Promised us a refund which still fails to materialise, took on this Job knowing how cluttered we are, he could have refused the job, but still left us without power for a month to freezers, dishwasher, washer, dryer, conservatory - until we could get another electrician who rectified thisAnswer from tradesperson:
Hi Steve. I usually don’t do this however as you are potentially sabotaging relationships with new and potential clients. I need to state the reasons why your job wasn’t fully completed, Due to health and safety regulations this was classed as an unhealthy environments for any working conditions. Due to lack of space and clutter. I did politely ask you on several occasions for the working areas to be cleared. I’m not saying the house has to be spotless however I do need space to safely erect my ladders. I have photographic evidence of why my labourer refused to enter into your property to help complete works.

Job was done a month ago, I have been waiting for the certificate since then! Promised to come several times and never showed up. I chased him a million times, he says he’ll bring it and never does. On top of that, he took on another job of changing my bathroom spotlights and made an extra hole by mistake. Said he’ll come back to close it, never came! Oh and the labels he put on the fusebox are wrong, he didn’t even bother to make sure that was right, how safe is that? Honesty, this is a whole month of me trying to get this resolved between us but it’s not getting anywhere.
