    - New pitched roof installation - Property owner - Garage, extension, or part of the house **Customer description** Two bay timber framed car port under construction requires roof battening and tiling with slates and finished with ridge tiles. Roof is pitched with catslide on one side and hipped at both ends. Car port is approx 7.2m x 5.4m in plan and 4.2m in height. Roof pitch is 40 deg.

    Jason finished the job to a good level and at a competitive price.

    Ridge tile replacement
    EXECELLENT JOB Very pleased with the work and price. Lovely tidy, professional job done following the recent storm damage and Jason is a really nice, friendly guy to deal with. Would most definitely use again if needed and most definitely recommend. 5 STAR service!

    Slate replacement and fit a roof vent.
    Very good fitted in between jobs, arranged a time scale and was done in a timely manner. a job well done.

    Bird Guard
    Second job done for me on roof. Would highly recommend Jason, his work is excellent, he is trustworthy, turns up when he says he will and there is good communication.

    Replace lead flashing
    I never cease to be amazed that exactly the same job can get quotes that vary by a factor of three. I'm no expert, but Jason's work was very neat and was done in half a day. Another roofer said it would need 2 men and all day. Creative marketing I reckon.

    Bungalow roof leak at join with flat roof/pitched roof
    He turned up in my absence and made repairs which seem to have solved the problem. My wife was confused as to who it was. This only became clear when I informed both firms (via My Builder) that had been asked to provide estimates that the work had been completed at a ridiculously low cost!

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I received call from the man of the house & said I would pop in when I finished at another job in the same town so couldn’t give an exact time.when I turned up he was out at golf & his wife was surprised to see me I’d presumed he’d told her of my impending visit.I assessed & found leaking area quickly & did a repair & charged them very little as didn’t use many materials & I didn’t need to be there long.very surprised to see this feedback as I did job charged little & told them I was coming that day,not sure what else more I could have done🤷‍♂️

    Roof repair to block squirrel access to loft
    Jason responded within an hour of posting my job and came round later the same day, on his way back from an existing job. Was able to carry out repair there and then at a reasonable cost. Very helpful, would recommend and use again.

    Water Ingress on Chimney
    Jason was quick to respond and gave me a very reasonable quote. He arrived on time and afterwards explained what he had found and what he had done to rectify the problem. I was very pleased with with outcome. I have asked him to return and cap my chimney. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any roof work, excellent workman. 10/10
