Very quick turnaround and the stairs were fitted well but the landing was left with a slash in the new carpet from a stanley knife. A carpet fitter looked at the job and said it was not done with a double stick method as specified because the carpet had not been stuck to the underlay, he said he could have done the job that way and for less money.

Arrived on time, polite, carried out job without a fuss and left advice for area that needed some attention

Spoke to James who agreed to visit my property and give me a price. Once I sent him the details never heard from him again. Ignored all my messages and cancelled my calls when I rang instead of just telling me he didn’t want the job
