The team came out to check the work and offered to repair straight away. Others had advised to replace the side but Ivory were able to repair and provided a 3 year guarantee of the work.

Really pleased with the roof repair. Ted contacted us promptly and he and his team came out the very next morning to take a look at our porch roof. We initially knew there was a loose tile, as that’s what the job was advertised for, but during the inspection Ted also identified water damage to the battens. The repair work was carried out straight away. The damaged battens were replaced and our existing tiles were reassembled. We waited a while before leaving a review so we could see how the repair held up during periods of rain, and we’re happy to say everything has been great, the leak has completely stopped. Good communication, quick turnaround, and a great service overall. Highly recommended 5*
