Review left on 23 Sep 2025Rating: 1 out of 5Old, rusted valve leaking and cannot be tightened anymoreVery prompt response to my job, was able to come the next day so I was extremely pleased, especially since it was a leak I couldnāt stop. Text me the same day saying a last minute change would mean he couldnāt come at 9am the next day but would come at 3pm instead. I agreed. I text to confirm at 2:45pm with no response. He never arrived. I called a few times after but there was no communication from him at all. Appalling! Do not use him!Answer from tradesperson:
Good morning i would just like to clarify we made you aware we had an emergency in a care home and had to change times , apologies for not getting back to you at 2.45pm,we've been in the Cotswolds and the reception was awful ,ive literally just got home(5.25am) weve had to work through the night , I don't feel it was fair to call me appalling as we go above and beyond for our customers as all of our 5 star reviews show,

And also worked really late the next day in order to get the job completed asap as we are a cafe and couldnt open without hot water. Good communication, reasonable pricing and good quality work. We are really thankful for the job they did, especially in getting the job done so quickly.
