Ian did an excellent job with our loft conversion. He put us in touch with an architect who specialises in loft design and arranged all the council building inspection direct. He took full control of the building work and always arrived early and worked hard. He and his colleague carried out all the work themselves to a very high standard, making excellent use of the whole loft area. Our loft conversion required 5 large steels and these were all installed professionally without any problems. The dormer, new stairs and all woodwork was done excellently too. The plasterwork finish was also good, making decorating very easy for me. The ensuite is also great, very well tiled with a large shower and inset shelves. I am happy to recommend Ian for loft conversions.

Ian undertook to build me an extension, convert my garage and to replace my kitchen. Inevitably, this has taken some time and, during that time, there have been a number of frustrations ranging from poor weather to being let down by third parties. However, during the entire project, Ian has been available, helpful and ready to offer a constructive opinion regarding what should be done and how things should be done. So, if you have some domestic building work or a new kitchen in mind, give Ian a chance to show what he can offer. I'm very happy with my end result.
