Quality of gate is top standard and Luke has a talent for making and installing these himself. Unfortunately the gate was installed with a damaged handle on the lock, with non weatherproof screw thats rusting and have been waiting 10+ days for Luke to come back and repair but on 2 occasions when he has said he will come this has not happened. Very difficult to get clear answers which is sad as I really liked him and his helpfulness and willingness to keep neighbours happy. If the damage to the handle is repaired and lock replaced as you seem keened to do then of course will update this review to reflect 5 stars.

When I started to look to have a pedestrian Gardengate fitted, I liked the Charles and Ivy style, and had initially thought that we would buy something off the shelf, and get somebody to fit it for us... that was the original job I posted ...however, the gate is at a funny angle, and much bigger than standard so Luke created a one-of-a-kind made to measure gate, it fits the space perfectly, and looks really substantial and high quality. I would recommend Luke. We got a quality product, it looks like it will last forever. I would recommend.

Strongly recommend innovative gates and fencing - Luke was fantastic! Always responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating! Darren was fab too and we can’t thank them both enough for the hard work they put into our garden fence and gate! We love it and hope you both managed to get to the beer garden after finishing!

Good looking gates. Easy to open, close and lock. Luke came out and installed quickly, gave the option of different composites and designs. Bespoke design and made. Top job.

Would highly recommend Luke and Innovative Gates. Not only did they create and make a bespoke gate, which was exactly what we wanted, but Luke was great to work with, kept us fully informed on progress and did exactly what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. If you are looking for a gate, give him a call
