The least said about them the better. I did express my dissatisfaction to a representative of the company.Now I am also disillusioned by traders who come via My Builder.com. From the start to the end, it was a smooth, informative, professional, thorough experience and the works were completed to a high standard. Grant from the start took the time to understand the project thoroughly as the project was not straight forward. He advised us of the short and longterm effects, which lead us to change the boiler and tank. Once everything was agreed with the works taking place, his onsite team started. Jack headed the team. Jack and his team were excellent and very skilful. When problems arose, he quickly found solutions to present to us to keep the project moving forward. They worked quickly and efficiently always keeping us up to date with progress. Overall, I am extremely happy with the works carried out by the Hollybrook Group! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone looking for a reliable, professional and skilful company to carry out your plumbing needs. Explained what the job would entail, possible start dates, engineer details and contact details. The job was completed within time and excellently done.
