    I have used Herts Building and Property Maintenance for several years now and for a variety of jobs such as tiling, fencing, hard landscaping and replacing all internal doors. The workmanship is second to none with the service being delivered both extremely professionally and conscientiously, even in the cleaning up duties. No hesitation to use them again and to recommend to others

    I have utilised the services of James for over 14 years. During that time he has carried out various tasks both outside and inside my property including patio laying, pergola, gates, shrub removal, new fencing, tanked and tiled wet room rectifying fault by previous contractor, supplied and fitted new doors throughout and making window seat, installing new radiators etc etc. James has very high standards and is a multi talented tradesman and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

    First class service !! I am so happy that I discovered this wonderful company. There are very versatile so are able to do a variety of jobs, they are very professional and explain everything well so you know what you are getting . No time is wasted the job is done even if they have to work late in the night to finish. They also provide before and after pictures which is really good especially when they are working on areas that you cannot see so easily. I can highly recommend this company. If you have a job that needs doing just ask and they were be able to say if they can do it. These days it is hard to find really good people, but here they truly are. :)

    James did a variety of jobs. One job was laying new flooring in the kitchen and living room, he did this with his colleague Lorenzo, it was hard work and they had to move furniture , cooker etc . they never complained , just got on with it. They also worked late into the evening rather than spreading it over two days. James alone completed other jobs, fixing walls, putting new doors . James is very reliable, always on time and has a lovely manner. On one job something needed looking at again , this was no problem James came back and sorted it out. We have engaged him on several jobs due to him being a true professional and delivering on point work. He also got jobs from my neighbours who were impressed with the quality of his work. James is also very clear about pricing. He will make it clear it is a quote or a final price. If the final price is different from the quote he will explain why. I can highly recommend James for a variety of jobs that you may need doing.
