Two-storey extension to house.
The project involved the construction of a two storey stone extension to a listed building including an internal staircase, dressed stone surrounds and natural slate roof. All tradesmen were of a high standard and took pride in their work. The project over ran due to adverse soil conditions and bad weather both of which were accommodated by Hartley Construction (Robert Hartley) and every effort was made to minimise any increase in cost. Robert’s main strength is his team of direct employees and specialist subcontractors who worked very hard to ensure a successful outcome to this project.
