We employed christian to do some work on a project we are working on Christian informed us of his day rate which we agreed to thinking when someone tell you there day rate this includes a standard day of 8 hours Christian Left site after around 4 hours each of the three days he worked on our project and still wanting paying for the full 8 hours per day In total he sent us an invoice for £864 for 12 hours work over three days that's 3 days @ 4 hours per day this also included a fee of £120 for a labour he brought with him to help on day 3 his labours bill was £120 for 4 hours work When we refused to pay all his invoice he comes knocking at your door shouting the odds thinking bully boy tacktics will bully you into paying extortionate prices To me it seems that christian plans his work out on each job so that he can get extra payment from your job Be careful when employing christian Make sure you clarify with him what his hours per day are as for a normal tradesmen there working day is 8.5 hours taking into account dinner time Unfortunately for christian he thinks his working day is only 4 hours with the expectation of being paid for 8 hours We did offer christian other works of garenteed hours of around 60 hours per month on other projects we have but after he tried this we have looked elsewhere Be careful if you employ christian and his bully boy strong arm tacktics

Job well done, very polite and courteous. Arrived when he said and job completed in the agreed time frame. All work carried out was exactly as wanted. Would not hesitate to use again.

Wouldn't hire this guy again :( He didn't complete the work quoted for. Left the site with still another skip load of earth to clear and wanted to charge me for a full days extra work to clear the rest, effectively doubling the price. I also asked him to deliver 2 tons of hardcore which didn't turn out to be 2 tons. I don't enjoy giving negative feedback but we tried without success to negotiate a resolution with Christian Hardacre.

Arrived on time,straight to work and completed the job in hand in good time,barely stopping.We found both Chris and his college both professional and friendly,highly approachable.Chris informed my wife he hadn't used as much stone as he thought he would,so discounted it from the bill,We would of been none the wiser,which shows what an honest tradesmen Chris is.I cannot recommend Chris highly enough,nice near job and a decent price,Thanks again Chris.

Christian from Hardacre Developments excavated my drive and back filled it with hardcore, we chose our own stone which he sourced from a local quarry and delivered it on his lorry. By doing this it was half the price of other outlets. Me and my partner are really pleased with the drive! Was always on time and really friendly, a thumbs up from me! 100% recommend him to friends and family.
