Jeremy was very proactive and friendly, but ultimately didn't do as good a job as I would have expected. The brief was clear (I wanted the entire area turned over and prepared for planting) and he estimated 2 days' work. His estimate was off but instead of communicating this (and possibly re-negotiating fees) he handed over a half-finished job. While everything looked great at first glance, I still find large bricks, slabs and other debris less than 10 inches below the surface which makes planting anything into the flower borders an absolute pain. When I complained Jeremy did refund 10% of the job costs but ultimately I would have preferred a better quality of work and as a result would not chose to hire Jeremy again.

I can not recommend Jeremy and his team highly enough. He is a true professional who arrives on-time, completes the job as specified, on budget with a wealth of experience to advise clients on the best solution for every budget. He accommodated various changes to the job to accommodate what must have seemed like an ever shrinking budget, however in the end he produced a rear garden patio that looks fantastic. So much so we re-commissioned him and his team to complete the work on the front garden. He is more than willing to offer his opinion with regards to the design and materials choice and we have benefited from his knowledge on numerous occasions. His advice is not based on what will generate him the most profit but what will look right- this is because he takes pride in his job- a rare and welcomed trait to find in a builder! My only hesitation in recommending him so highly is that he might not be available for us in the future! I wouldn't do that to him because both him and his team are genuinely a really great guys who were incredibly trustworthy (they had the keys to our house for over 6 weeks) and a pleasure to work with. Jeremy and Marcin did an excellent job and completed it in very good time. It was a very awkward corner of the garden and they managed to overcome the difficulties without any fuss, leaving the site in a very good state and ready for the next stage.

Jeremy's quote was one of the most competitive although out of all visits made he was the only one who didn't write anything down nor measure . He commenced work on the day he said he would, however , he left his staff in charge as unbeknown to me he was going to be away for a week. The work wasn't completed in the time frame i was led to believe but I am pleased with my new garden and will be using it. I would recommend to Jeremy that he is more organised, communicates more clearly and ensures that clients are kept in the picture. I would recommend this company but with the provisos above.

Jeremy and his team were very helpful. He gave us suggestions on the layout and design and was happy to settle with a plant free garden as we requested. The garden was completely overgrown and need a complete redesign. They removed two sheds & concrete bases, the patio, all the trees, ivy and a huge laurel bush, and landscaped the garden with a new lawn, decking, new fencing plus a chip bark area with stepping stones. Excellent service, we would definitely use this company again. Really efficient and very happy with the result. Despite the adverse weather conditions the job was completed on time, a day before the snow. It's now spring and the transformation to the garden is amazing. It's now laurel free and toddler friendly.
