The job was a full-scale loft conversion. Besmir was in complete charge of the project and he did a wonderful job in creating a total loft space including separate kitchen, bedroom and en suite showwer room. A work of this scale and complexity requires great skill and precise project management. These are skills Besmir (Bessie) has in abundance. Whenever a problem occurred he found the very best solution and his calm and good-naturedly up-beat personality was a wonderful reassurance whenever we became daunted by the challenge of such a complex build. Bessie seems to have a skill-set that is complete and fully rounded and he can turn his hand to almost any job his work-team has to deal with. We were and are incredibly pleased with the result of his work and we tremendously enjoyed working with him and his team. So much so that when the job was finished and they had left we missed their jovial professionalism around the house. Now that we have decided to begin further works on the house we immediately wanted to contact Bessie to undertake the work because we know his skill and professionalism are second to none. We are looking forward to working with him again and we would recommend him and his team unreservedly to anyone contemplating creating a new loft in their house.
