Turned up on time and finished the job on time. Good workmanship and will use again

I got a leak in my roof the week leading up to Christmas so was not a good time to put a new roof on. Gavin tried his best to try and sort the roof before Christmas but was fighting a losing battle with scaffolding permits and the weather. I probably drove him mad as I was stressed about the whole thing. He was patient and always at the end of the phone and assured me once there was a clear day he would start the work straight away. He kept his promise and started and this was through all the cold weather. He updated me daily on progress showing me photos of progress. His quote was very good and he and his team worked extremely hard through adverse weather conditions. I would have no hesitation in having him back to do work at my house.

Gavin was very professional. The job was completed ahead of time to a high standard. I will definitely be using him again.

Gavin, and his father were bang on time when they came to inspect the ingres of water in two separate places on Friday 25/11.They inspected the problems and quoted for the remedial work. Having quoted and had the quote accepted they returned on Monday 28/11 to repair the leaks. They were professional, courteous, and as far as I know at this point thorough. As we have not had any rain thus far it's not 100% clear if the remedial work will keep out the water. I am hopeful that it will and confident that should there be further problems that Gavin will return to resolve and ongoing issues.

Friendly, professional service provided. Work was completed quickly and without fuss. Confirmed that money would be refunded if the work to repair roof was not successful; although the problem seems to have been resolved. Would highly recommend.
