Very good, would recommend.

Overall, it was a great experience using First Choice Drainage. I had a quick response to have someone on site to quote, with a very reasonable installation dates. The work was carried out well and the folks involved from quote to job completion were pleasant and highly skilled. A special thanks to Jamie who went above and beyond as this was a bit of a tricky correction job. Nice one! Will use again and recommend. A+

Great comms. Very accommodating and fair on price. Slight delay getting our report back but Jubilee weekend didn't help in that respect. Overall very happy and would recommend.

I was satisfied with the new drains installed at my home by First Choice Drainage Solutions. There was however some confusion in their office about obtaining local authority Building Control approval. Eventually the work did receive a "Certificate of Regularisation", once the company had applied and sent their photos to the council. While regularization does legally cover the work, it gives only limited certification that the work complies with current Building Regulations, and a "Completion Certificate" would be quicker and I believe better too. (And they'd have be fully paid more quickly!) All's well that ends well though - it was a pleasure having Kevin, Reece and the others working on the job, and I would be happy to have them here again.

AVOID this company by all means!!! absolutely unprofessional, poor customer service and a waste of time. Never on time, cancelled visits without notifying us, completely misaligned internally.

Fast, professional and friendly! Shaun was quick to visit and quote and then Glen build a new manhole in just over a day! Will definitely use again if needed.

Really pleased with the quote, really pleased with the work and the communication was great unlike a lot of trade companies that I tried to hire for the job (which showed interest but never came out to assess the job).
