This was a new kit build to replace my old home. I had the recommendation to use Boyles' Builders from the kit manufacturer. Prior to instructing them, we saw examples of their work undertaken 5 or so years previously and the owners were still delighted with the workmanship. On my build, I found their approach to be a breath of fresh air. Their craftsmenship, attention to detail and professionalism were impeccible. As and when problems arose, their response was perfect and just how you yourself would want the matter sorted. The build was delayed but due to external considerations eg weather and a very slow architect. Whilst, the build was over the original estimate this was due to additional costs requested by me and in every case, the additional costs were itemised and discussed prior to proceeding. This is a great building team with Fiona being courteous and very conscientious masterminding the project whilst Joe executed the build to a standard as if it was his own home.
