During March/April/May 2013, we had an extension done at our home. The work consisted of an en-suite bedroom above the garage and also a utility room next to the kitchen downstairs. In addition to this we also had extensive work done to our elevated garden. Neil designed a large wooden/decked patio area with stairs. The work has been done to an excellent standard and all aspects of the work were completed on time and exactly how we had discussed with Neil during the planning phase. I was very appreciative of Neil's support during the building work as costs did go over what we had originally planned for, however Neil made a determined effort to keep things to his original quote. Neil and his team are extremely friendly, reliable and very professional at all times. Even to the point of rearranging a waste pipe for the downstairs WC which initially cause a little concern from the neighbours due to what they described as an "industrial appearance". However, Neil was conscientious and rerouted this pipework so as not to have any friction or ill feeling between parties after the work was completed. On the whole I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Fairway Construction.

The project is a double storey extension to the side of the house. This will make a large front room, utility room, office, large dining room, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The quality of work is excellent and very professional. The workers have expertise in various areas. They are very tidy and take into consideration of the client. The project is currently on time and within budget. Neil has been in the building work for many years (visited some of his previous projects) and has a very good team that works for him that are committed to an excellent end result. They are very good at providing the right advise and giving you options in other ways the build can be done to reduce costs. The company is also part of the Federation Of Master Builders.
