Very positive experience dealing with Sebastian&Sebastian (yes, there are 2 :-) ) I asked to use fine render (0.5mm), but the coverage was poor. Sebastian immediately accepted that and we agreed to use 1.5mm instead. Job was done quite well, and they offered me free insurance as a compensation for not being able to implement my original requirements - a very nice gesture! I am very pleased with the end result - the house is warm and pretty! Certainly recommend!

Sebastian and his team have done a lovely job of the house, I’m now proud to look at it again! Some inevitable delay due to the rain stopping works and a small delay in getting the scaffolding removed when the job was finished, but overall I’m very happy. Lovely people to deal with and a professional job done.

Sebastian responded soon after I posted this job and came to quote very quickly. I have a small loft with awkward spacing and angles, so quotes were not always easy. Other quotes were far too much for the small space. After the quote, we agreed on timelines for the job and his crew arrived promptly on the day. Job took a bit longer than anticipated but Sebastian communicated well until he was ready for me to come home & review. Everything was cleaned well, so I only had to do minor vacuuming afterwards. I noticed some small issues but Sebastian was very responsive to my queries and came back for follow up. The final bill was even given a discount because they were able to re-use some existing insulation, very honest. I'm happy with the job. Thank you.
