Our first contact was with Euan on the sales side - very knowledgeable, helpful and above all professional. We sought a competitive quote from another local source who were slightly more expensive. We did not go with T&C Gas on cost, however. We were updating our central heating system - new radiators, combi boiler, pipework etc. We particularly wanted to site the new combi boiler in the lift but the second source pooh-poohed the idea and said the best place for it would be in the utility room. Euan said: "Let's have a look at the loft", went up and described a frame that could be built to accommodate the boiler. It worked a treat. You literally cannot hear the boiler, we access its controls by a hand-held wireless device, and a neat chimney vents through the roof. The central heating team were friendly and professional. Yes, the place was covered in pipes and radiators for a day or two but we were replacing the central heating so you expect it. Finally, they met some unexpected and costly problems in fitting the pipework but stuck to the quote they had given us. We were very happy with the service provided which was of high quality, delivered more-or-less on time and within budget. We have now asked T&C Gas to handle the underfloor heating in our extended kitchen.

Town and Country Gas installed a new central heating system in my house in 2006 and have serviced it since. They have also undertaken a number of smaller jobs for me including the removal of a gas fire and capping off the supply and moving radiators. The quality of the work was excellent and they were clean and tidy. The work was done at the time it was arranged and was always the price quoted upfront. Town and Country Gas's strengths are their customer service and quality of the work. I would definitely recommend them to others.
