From arranging quote to survey and then offer was all very professional. Work started and completed on time even with problematic weather. Thanks very much to the whole team and we are very happy with our new drive.

Our Juliette balcony was fitted in just a few hours and the place cleaned up and left perfect. Everything was great. Very efficient, great workmen and excellent customer service from beginning to end. First class. I’d definitely recommend Etheridge’s.

Porch build and driveway. Workmanship excellent, professional tradesmen who were courteous and kept us informed after a problematic start. At the start we didn’t know what was happening with regard to timescales but that improved once we raised the issue. Steven was professional and also explained why there were delays etc. There were times during the early porch build part of the project that it felt like our small job was squeezed in amongst something more lucrative elsewhere with tradesmen working late afternoons and weekends only. A two week project took about a month due to this and problems with a sub contracted roofer. The build of the driveway was not like this however and it seemed to have full attention. There was also month time delay between porch and driveway despite a scheduled date (skip even arrived!) and deposit paid. I don’t suppose many other building companies keep to time scale at the moment either so it’s probably a case of managing my expectations! The above were just niggles really! Can’t fault the work or the people that turned up to do it. I felt no corners were cut and materials used were high quality. Have a big rear extension that needs doing and wouldn’t hesitate use them to do that if I had reassurances on timescales and start dates.

The job involved a number of trades. A suspended ceiling was removed as well as plaster from the fireplace and removing additional brickwork that had been added over the years. Electrical work and decorating including the addition of coving and picture rails. All the work was completed to a very high standard and efficiently. Everyone was very helpful and I am really pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
