We had just replaced our old wood decking with new composite decking. The team who completed this were friendly, professional, reliable and communicated progress or problems immediately. The decking is finished to a high standard. Brett was available to check and monitor progress. We are extremely happy with the finished product. Would award 5 ⭐️to this company highly recommend. EHI completed a number of jobs in our holiday let, including a new garage roof, double glazing, external doors etc. Dave coordinated the job for us as we live several hundred miles away. EHI provided a first class, friendly service with good comms and updated us on progress on a regular basis. A professional, high quality job at an affordable price; would recommend them to anyone and will use them ourselves again as and when required. Thank you Terry & Lorna

Brett and Dave kept us informed of when the work would start, how long it would take and true to their word it all went like clock work. Kyle the Joiner and his colleague were very friendly. Kyle was very skilled and laid the decking with his colleague to a high standard. We love our garden, it looks so much bigger and tidier. The actual composite decking is amazing and we were given a choice of colours. We are so happy with the quality and project management that we have arranged to have some more work done. We have every confidence in Empire Home Improvements and would recommend them to family and friends etc. Brett and Dave said they would inspect the work and they did and they removed all the rubbish and debris. Brett and Dave and their team have transformed our garden.They removed the old wooden decking and fencing and have replaced it with a black composite decking edged with grey, that looks really smart and 22ft of new fencing. It looks absolutely stunning. The guys were a pleasure to work with, nothing was too much trouble, the fencing was not in the original plan, but when the old decking was removed the old fence was all rotten so we replaced it. They were able to juggle their jobs to fit this in at the same time as fitting the decking and we were very impressed. Clean, tidy workers very professional and a pleasure to work with, we would not hesitate to recommend and will be using them again for the other jobs we have planned in the future. Many thanks guys.
