I am most dissatisfied with the outcome of the roofing works carried out by Elite Roofing. 1 - The slate work itself is not of great standard 2 - There is Cement staining all down one side of the new roof, which James promised to return and clean but has not happened 3 - The scaffolder broke my window cill when removing the scaffold and neither James or his subcontractor are accepting responsibility Having spent £3600 on a new roof ... It could cost up to £1000 to have a different contractor put right the defects and damage caused. I will take legal action if needs be

Repaired and replaced fat roof garden shed

Elite Roofing were great. There was a plant growing from the Chimney Stack, they removed it no problem. Great price and quick work. Problem was fixed really easily and James gave me some advice about other work that may need to be done while he had a closer look at the roof. I highly recommend them!

Came put and gave us a quote and discussed what exactly we wanted and needed for the house. Fantastic job completed. Replaced all gutters and fascias/down pipes. Very professional, hard working and friendly bunch. You made this stress free for us so thank you!! We've had loads of compliments already on the finish of the work you've done too. Would highly recommend!!

Great Job, did exactly what I asked for a good price!

Only 1 trade person responded. I contacted James and asked for a quote for 1 or both jobs, (i.e. fix dorma guttering & remove green mould from dorma facia's . And as promised 2 days later James made a site visit. I accepted quote for both jobs. Especially as he offered to clean all mould on ALL gutters and downpipes. Within 48hrs he was back and completed all work promised to my satisfaction. James has given me another quote to clean and add a coat of Evercryl rubberised paint on the flat glass fibre roof to counteract severe rain water pooling. I recommend James and his associate. The response was immediate and the same day as job was posted James visited site to view and provide quotation. As soon as I awarded the job I was contacted to arrange date. They turned up as agreed having obtained all the materials needed, were polite, good humoured and keen to get on with the job. Work completed satisfactorily in good time. Will no doubt use this team again.
