Hi Rosemary, I’m sorry your job did not go ahead for external painting. As you know we were rained out for weeks & upon dry days we had other work booked in, customers had booked months in advance, and could not reschedule. As I did try and move customers around for yourself which I informed you & kept you updated. When taking on your work I did let you know in advance I would be filling an empty day.. which I did not expect to be rained out. Where you would have to wait to be fitted in. We are also a small family company where jobs are not rushed and completed correctly before moving on. I’m sorry you didn’t have enough time to wait as we would have loved to have taken on your work, you were also refunded a non refundable deposit as a gesture of my sincerest apologies.
