DSR Home Improvements reviews (23)

Friendly, accommodating, fair priced and a great finish with a non standard extra wide heavy oak door. Definite recommendation!

I was very pleased with the alterations Donald did to my fire door to meet the current regulations for such doors in a block of flats. He gave a reasonable quote and stuck to it, even though he encountered difficulties when correcting the way the door hung and it took him longer than it might have done. He was meticulous in ensuring it met the criteria. He also returned as promised to correct a minor issue and again made sure it was fully resolved. I would highly recommend Donald.

Donald was efficient and helpful throughout the process and completed the works to a high standard organizing other tradesmen i.e. gas safe as and when needed. Old Kitchen furnishings were disposed of and area left clean and tidy. Very pleased with the work carried out.

Very happy with this company. Work started on time and went ahead with few problems, I was consulted about the few hitches encountered, finished kitchen looks great. DSR were reliable as to arrival times and were very professional.

Can only echo all the other reviews , Donald is easy to deal with , fast and efficient and above all his work is faultless. Would highly recommend him to others .

Quite a big kitchen fit and installed with excellent precision and professionalism by Don and his team. We had hoped to land lucky in our choice of installer and did so, ( always a worry). An absolute master carpenter. Responsive to questions and queries, reliably turning up every day throughout. Thrilled with outcome and most certainly highly recommended. Even obliged helping me with another non kitchen related job beyond my carpentry skills before leaving. Will definitely be using his services again.

Don and his team were amazing! Fitted new kitchen in 4 days! Very happy with work done would highly recommend DSR home improvements.

Kitchen fitted to the highest possible standard. Arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards, would definitely recommend to other customers 😀. Further work to be carried out as we was so impressed.

New kitchen fitted and 4 internal doors. Work completed was excellent, timely and final invoice as per quote. Donald had a great attitude despite delays caused by our kitchen supplier. He did a professional job with its installation with which we are delighted. Turned up on time and clear with all communications. Will be using again on other projects.

Donald fitted our new kitchen and floor. He has done a great job and advised us on how to solve problems that arose. He worked really hard and left everything really tidy. We would recommend him and will definitely ask him to fit our bathroom when we are ready.
