We had our dropped kerb extended. The work was done nicely and efficiently. The only issue we had was miscommunication with the total price regarding the fees for the council.

James and the drivestone team did an excellent job. James is extremely accommodating and helped us out enormously after we’d had a negative experience with our previous tradesman who left our driveway in a state. The drive looks superb. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 100%.

Quality work and highly efficient. Drivestone lowered a dropped kerb and laid a block paving driveway for us at a very reasonable price. They were fast, efficient and did a quality job. I can thoroughly recommend them.

My experience with James and his team was excellent from start to finish. He arranged for the survey and quote, which was professionally done, offering me advice and possible changes to the project, which would improve the final look. His workers turned up on time each day, and always left the site tidy. The finished job is quite brilliant, from how the front of the house looked to now, is a startling change. James was a consummate professional throughout and visited us often. There was one minor fault when the job was completed with the stairs to the house. James rectified this very quickly and without complaint. I would highly recommend him.

Very good overall, quick, flexible, quality and competitive. The guys were very hard workers and even carried on working in heavy rain. We had a few issues with the athsetics but we overcame them with a slight reduction in price. Very happy overall! We have already enjoyed a few awesome sunny evenings on this lovely patio. James originally visited us to quote for installing a new path as advertised on Mybuilder, however, we were so impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness that he quoted for a significantly larger job. He also made suggestions that resulted in us getting a better end result. We had both front and rear lawns levelled and re-turfed, the existing patio extended, a hardstanding built for a greenhouse and a raised bed constructed in matching stone to the patio. James started the job promptly and the only delays were due to the weather when it was not possible to continue working. The work was completed to an excellent standard and throughout the process we were consulted by James on a daily basis to make sure it was proceeding to our requirements and satisfaction. Full marks are also due to James' team of workers. They arrived when expected, put in a full day of hard graft without requiring James' supervision and left the site clean and tidy each evening. The result of James and his team's hard work was above our expectations and I would not hesitate to use James again and would recommend him to others without a second thought.

An excellent job and would not hesitate to recommend

Very happy. After a minor mishap before the work started, James offered to pave the drive for the same price as to re-tarmac - and to do the work at a time that suited us. Very pleased with the results from his team who turned up when promised, did the work on consecutive days as promised and completed the work within the timescales promised. James was very keen to ensure I was happy with the work done. After getting several quotes, James and his team did a very good job done at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent work completed by James and his team. Did exactly what he said he would do on time and for the agreed price. James gave lots of help on finishing sand paving a and was excellent throughout. I cannot reccomend Drivestone enough
