Our engineer, Callum attended the property in good faith after being instructed to carry out urgent works. upon arrival, it became clear that the installation as originally described was not possible without significant additional work to meet safety and regulatory standards. This was communicated to you on site. At no point were extra jobs "Piled on", we simply outlined what would be required to complete the work correctly and legally. As with any professional service, out time, expertise, and travel are chargeable, especially when we are called to an urgent job. You were made aware of this during communication. We are transparent, experienced professionals who value our customers and our reputation. We welcome honest feedback, but we cannot accept reviews that misrepresent facts.
