WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER! Unregistered, Unqualified, and Cowboy Workmanship.Their 10-year warranty is completely fake. They raised the external ground level during a paving job, which completely blocked our damp-proof course and caused severe damp issues inside our home. When confronted, they sent a worker who offered a useless "quick fix" of stone chippings. If we wanted it done right, they demanded another £1,500 for a French drain!Independent paving companies have inspected the site and confirmed the work was botched from day one—drainage should have been prepared first, and the ground should never have been raised that high.They have gone radio silent and have no physical office address to track down. A formal case is open against them. We are actively working with Southeast local councils to get this business blacklisted across all boroughs. Avoid at all costs!
