Booked the job in for the Thursday but could only do evenings which wasnt a problem. He was going to look at the job then return on Sunday evening to do it. On the Wednesday (day before he was due) he contacted me to say he couldnt make it and could he reschedule but he couldnt come to look at the job until the Monday evening then didnt know when he could do the job because the evenings were getting dark. I cancelled his work so I can only give a reference to this part of it and not his workmanshipAnswer from tradesperson:
Hello, I told you I couldn’t make the Thursday due to my son having football. My son comes before any work. I offered Sunday to look at the work and then the following weekend for any work required that couldn’t be done on the Sunday visit. Bit unfair to say 2 stars when I’ve done everything to accommodate.
