Steve was simply amazing. He kept us posted on all the steps and made sourcing and selecting the materials very easy. He was also able to accommodate a few plan changes from a couple of rooms to the entire house, including a custom motif in the library. His work in the stairs is superb and it brings the whole house together with the nordic oak flowing throughout. He had great attention to detail on the bathrooms with the flagstone pattern of the Welsh slate. We couldn't be happier!

Steve did a completely brilliant job. It is a very large area and we wanted the Karndean to be laid Parquet fashion. Steve worked so hard and spent long days ensuring the floor was laid to our timeframe. He is a pleasure to deal with. He returned a few months later to lay another floor, also a brilliant job. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with Stephen's work which was completed to a high standard and on time. He was very tidy and conscientious and he has an in depth knowledge of waterproofing, screed and flooring. I would highly recommend.

Steve doesn't drive a flash van with fancy branding on it. What he offers is hardworking skill. He helped us out when we had last minute need to fit Amtico flooring throughout our new home. He did this quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated throughout the process. Coupled with his professionalism he is an honest, friendly and humble person. He helped procure our flooring at a very competitive rate and completed the job including our tricky staircase in a week as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve. I wish there were more like him.

Steve was amazing from the offset at our floor installation. He offered a quick quote, and advised on products and quantity required - this was so helpful as we needed soundproofing for our old Victorian flat. His work was excellent, and went above and beyond for us when installing, working longer days to make sure it was all finished to a high quality. Our floor looks absolutely incredible and couldn’t be happier with the final outcome, really couldn’t recommend Dean flooring more!! Excellent at what he does, incredibly friendly and dedicated! As a reference we had the amtico spacia parquet collection installed on soundproofing.
