I'm very pleased with my new roof. I had a quick respond from Dave. He arrived to my house, made a three different quotes. I chose what I liked the most. After a 5 days my semi detached house had a new beautiful spanish slate roof with black fascias, soffits and gutters. I definitely recomend DC roofing northwest limited.

DC roofing did a great job repairing my original rosemary roof. Communication was great from the start. The team arrived and sorted the job with no fuss.

Great service, fast and efficient and very professional. Kept me updated with photos and videos. I would highly recommend.

I cannot judge fully by pictures or even standing on the ground assessing a roof so time will tell if the job is good but MY REVIEW IS ABOUT CONDUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Probably he assumed I would not pay him just because he said he had sent 34 photos but and I had not seen them, except for 6 photos which I showed him a screen shot of. Rather than remain patient so we resolve the issue, he became furious and yelling over the phone about how he should have paid his boys earlier on a Friday. You should have heard him one the phone shouting and wont even let me speak. May be the job is ok but customer service extremely disappoing. For now I am cancelling other job I had scheduled as I am shaken at how I was shouted at. May be would consider using DC again if David acknowledges his customer service was well below standard on this occassion.

New roof and porch sorted. New soffit under porch. David and his team arrived when he said they would, and worked very hard, in the cold weather. No complaints, they just cracked on - and they worked very well as a team.

Great bunch of lads, hard workers and polite. Job done well and any hiccups were dealt with straight away. I was consulted and kept updated throughout. Can't recommend highly enough. Love my new loft room, will make such a difference.

They telephoned then attended to check the job within 2 hours of me advertising the job, it was pouring down with rain but they went up took photographs then gave me a quote and provided me with the earliest time they could complete the job which was the next day. They arrived on time, completed the job, left the area clean and tidy, provided me with photographs showing the completed job. Will definitely use again- highly recommend.

Excellent work from DC Roofing. Great communication & work ethic. I was updated on the roof every step of the way.
