This was a complicated bathroom which we had designed and sourced a lot of the materials for. Dan and his team were good to have around, tidy and courteous. THe following, however is offered as constructive feedback: We did experience a lack of clarity and communication at times and not everything went to plan. Whilst this isn't uncommon, we didn't think Dan always understood what we wanted or gave us sufficient advice on material deadlines. However the end result was good and we are really enjoying the new bathroom. At the end of the job, several promises were made about coming back to finish small things off, including changing a radiator in our daughters room and most important fixing and routing an expansion pipe from a hot water cylinder (which DC Heating had not put in). This was not on the original spec, but had been requested by us at an early stage in the project. In the end DC Heating declined to do anything that wasn't in the original spec, so anyone reading this needs to be aware of the importance, with this firm at least, at getting everything 100% right in the original spec and quote supplied and clarity over costings of any changes and/or extras.

Brilliant job! Daniel installed central heating into our 3 bed property. He was very professional, hard working and would recommend him without hesitation.

Daniel came to fit a new combi boiler . He made a very good job of it , he is neat and tidy , pleasant and reliable .would recommend him to others

Initial visits to quote was an eye opener to how most builders want to do as they want not as the client wants. Dan was the exception, open to black sparkles on the walls and aqua boards rather than tiles whilst happy to swop about the layout rather than like for like. Despite the weather delaying delivery of parts the job remained on schedule with a constant update on progress throughout and the inevitable "snags" where overcome with no drama. Highly recommend DC Heating and Plumbing and look forward to working with them on the main bathroom overhaul.

I am very happy with the work Dan did when he installed a brand new boiler and heating system on a large, three storey Edwardian house that I have just finished renovating. The heating is zoned on all floors and he also installed underfloor heating under the dining room floor as part of the same system, also zoned. The system is an unvented system, the boiler has an amazing ten year warranty! He also ran new hot and cold feeds throughout the house. His price was competitive and he always turned up when he said he would, to do whatever stage the overall job allowed him to . As well as this, he was always happy to take or return my calls on a fairly regular, often two or three times a week, to answer questions that I needed to ask him. I would definitely recommend Dan very highly and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Daniel did full refit for both my downstairs and ensuite upstairs bathrooms. Good standard of work, no issues, I showed him pictures of fittings and showers, bath, radiators etc, he discussed and gave me good advice and ideas for designs, recommended showrooms and tile centres to visit and sourced everything for me. He arranged plasterers,electricians and decorators for me,no hassle from any of them and all did really good job. Overall very pleased with results and Daniels work. Would definitely recommend, took all the pressure of job off me, (other quotes wanted me to source all my bathroom fittings myself) He was also a good guy,on time and trustworthy, did leave a bit of mess at times, but you can't expect two bathrooms to be completely ripped out without some mess. Competitive price,good quality work,give him a call,you won't be disappointed.

Excellent job, most competitively priced too. Dan project managed the whole refurbishment, he communicated really well with us, and his team were highly skilled, prompt and courteous. He ensured we were happy throughout, always sought feedback and offered great advice. Would definitely recommend him.

We had a problem with our boiler and Dan from DC Heating & Plumbing came out to review the problem on a Sunday. Despite an effort to repair the boiler it proved to be beyond economical repair. Dan provided a quote to replace the boiler which also had to be placed in a different location to meet Gas Safe regulations. Throughout the whole process Dan has been extremely professional going beyond normal expectations, for example he dropped the quote around personally, has kept us updated on progress, shuffled his work commitments around to fit the boiler as soon as possible. The quality of the installation is excellent, the pipe work is extremely neat, disruption was kept to a minimum, and repair work on the exterior of the building where the old flue exited the property was thoughtfully repaired with coloured cement to blend with the brickwork. I have no hesitation in recommending Dan and DC Heating & Plumbing, his quality of work and engagement with his customer is professional and friendly, much above my previous experience of others within this trade.
