We had these people come fix some flashing a while back. They were top quality and did an excellent job. The arrived on time and cleared up afterwards they were very experienced. We have had no problems with it since.

We took on Damp Tech in February 2019 to create an en-suite in the guest room, this included plumbing and installing a basin, toilet and shower. Our main soil pipe is inside of the house about 13 feet away and on a wall perpendicular to the wall where the new toilet was being installed- Charlie ran the new soil pipe under the new shower tray and used flexi pipes in 3 sections to connect it to the old pipe (all boxed in). He also connected the shower waste into the new soil pipe. We have had numerous problems since: The toilet would often overflow when flushed requiring the use of a plunger. Water from the soil pipe has come up on to the shower tray, leaked behind the cistern flooding the bathroom floor and also leaked down through to the kitchen beneath on two occasions. We contacted Damp Tech, on both occasions Charlie insisted something must have been dropped into the cistern and the use of a plunger should clear it. We had to call out an emergency plumber on the first occasion who used an industrial plunger and cleared the blockage, costing us £170. On the second occasion we contacted a plumber who detected and rectified two separate issues (both relating to incorrect plumbing). We messaged Charlie to notify him of the work carried out and shared pics- but did not hear back. Recently the shower tray seems to have dropped- shower used only 5 times since its installation. We have contacted Charlie requesting that he comes out to take a look but again no response.

He is a very delightful tradesman professional who turned up on time. Did a through assessment of the property and have give me a honest quote. He did the job to a very good standard. Am very pleased with his work I’d definitely be using him for additional work on my property and would commend him for his work Thanks for your work Charlie

Even though the job has been put on hold for unforeseen reasons, I would definitely 100% recommend. Fast in response, excellent and fair cost for the job quoted, very reliable with communicating. I’ll definitely be recontacting once the job can go ahead.
